Travel informationFrom the airport:
Between 05:00 and 23:00 our free hotel shuttle takes you to the airport and the hotel and back again. This shuttle leaves every 30 minutes from terminals 1 and 2 on arrival and takes approximately 5 minutes.
By train:
You can chose to take the train to Flughafen Zürich-Kloten and then our free shuttle or you can take the S7 from Zurich in the direction of Kloten. This journey takes 15 minutes. From there you can reach the hotel after 100 metres by foot. The train to Zurich and back leaves every 30 minutes. A train ticket is also valid for trams and buses in Zurich.
By car:
- Travelling via the motorway in the direction of Zurich-Flughafen take exit Klosten/Glattbrugg before the airport.
- At the end of this exit take a right towards Kloten.
- Upon arrival in Kloten take a right at the cinema 'Claudia'.
- After 150 metres you will see the hotel on your left-hand side.
- Free parking spaces are available in front of the hotel.

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
